You can't go to Amish Country without stopping at a pretzel factory. Apparently most of the soft pretzels in the country are made and consumed here. At the Intercourse Pretzel Factory, we learned how to twist pretzels and then enjoyed some of the fresh pretzels. They had 3 different kinds to try (plain, brown butter, and cinnamon/sugar) and they were all delicious!
