Christmas Fun in Cincy

Today we went down to Cincinnati to spend the day with my sister, Katie. We went to her work to see a holiday train display, back to her apt. for dinner, and then to the zoo.

We learned a couple of things while there:
1. Don't go on the weekends next year. Everything was really crowded, so we didn't get to see or do much.

2. It pays to have a zoo pass. There was a long line that probably took people an hour to go through just to get in. Because of our pass, we by-passed the line and were able to walk right in.

3. Bring an umbrella. It started raining while we were at the zoo and we got soaked on the way to the van.

This pic. of Jacob cracks me up. We were using one of the upstairs restrooms at Duke Energy where Katie works before we went to the lobby to see the train display. Jacob and Nathan used the Mens' room and then walked around to our door to wait for us. Jacob is on the OUTSIDE of the door in this picture that Mom took. Can't say that the privacy glass provided much privacy!
