We woke up this morning to several inches of snow on the ground and more still falling. It was the perfect weather for playing outside, as it wasn't too chilly, so we bundled up and headed outdoors. My sister, Angel, sent us a snowsuit for Emmaline last week that came in especially handy today. It is two sizes too big for her, but kept her plenty warm as she watched us from her stroller. After sledding, we headed inside for lunch and hot chocolate. We intended to play outside more afterwards, but the wind had really picked up and the temperature had dropped, so we didn't stay outside long. Instead we opted to snuggle on the couch and watch movies. Although the kids would probably disagree, I think that I am ready to be done with the white stuff until next winter. Bring on spring!

Emmaline was nice and toasty in her stroller...so much so that she was even able to take a nap while the rest of us played in the snow!
