Church Christmas Program

Tonight was the Children's Christmas Program at church. They all did a wonderful job. I was so proud of Jacob. He's continuing the family tradition, as I (along with my friend, Emily) had solos in just about every Christmas program since we were old enough to participate until we started jr. high. It brought back some wonderful memories seeing my kids up there now.

During a break between songs, Ellie looked over at Emma
and said (loud enough for everyone to hear),
"Emma, I really like your sparkly dress. I wish I had a sparkly dress."
It was the cutest thing.

Wow! That DOES bring back memories, and good for Jacob! It would be neat to see the Christmas programs with your own kids in them - if only Miss Terri were still conducting!

Noah and Collin loved this entry! Noah kept having me replay Jacob's solo, we seriously we watched it like 10 times. I hate that we weren't there.
Merry Christmas!

Hey, I recognize Jacob's solo! We did the same musical with our Jr. praise team at church! He did an excellent job! Lydia just sang a duet with my mom on Sunday morning...it's the neatest thing to watch your kid, isn;t it!?

Have a Merry Christmas, Jen!
