Candy for Cash

Our dentist had a party today where the kids could turn in their Halloween candy. For every pound they brought, they received $1 and Dr. Shelhouse is going send all of the candy overseas to the US troops. Jacob and Ellie had lots of fun making cards for the troops, eating hotdogs, getting a balloon shape made just for them. They also like the $3 they each got for their candy. I'm hoping the dentist does this again next year because it was an easy way to get rid of our candy stash and it helped a good cause in the process.
